Class 4 Trip to Warwick Castle.
On Friday 4th March Class 4 ventured out to Warwick Castle to enjoy not just the castle, but a fantastic workshop all about the forces of weaponry used during the period of History in which the castle was built. The children in Year 5 & 6 had a fantastic (dry) day and gained a lot from the experience. They were fortunate enough to watch the 'Bird of Prey' talk, where they saw a variety of eagles soar across the skies of Warwick. They also saw the mighty Trebuchet take off and then they still had plenty of time to explore inside and outside of the grounds. The children are now using this wonderful experience to help them within their creative story writing.
