Today marked the first 'Welly Wednesday' in Year 1. What a glorious day it was with the sun shining so brightly, the perfect first 'outdoor learning' day even though we are still in the season of Winter (only for a little while longer). 

We organised our outdoor learning space, enjoyed the fresh air and the sun on our faces, searched for signs of Spring beginning, had our Phonics and Geography lesson outdoors, and we finished off the most joyful of days with a story around an imaginary campfire in forest school.
